Welcome to ConnectCare

Your employer has chosen the ConnectCare Network for your health insurance needs.

We are a PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) Network with a large local network of physicians and hospitals as well as an extended network of participating physicians, hospitals and other services throughout the state and country.

With your ConnectCare coverage you are able to see any provider you choose however, you will pay more for Out-of-Network providers versus In-Network Providers based on the plan design determined by your Employer.

As a member of ConnectCare, a Third Party Administrator (TPA) will process and pay your medical claims.

A Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) will process and pay your pharmacy claims as a ConnectCare member.
